Bajibet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the player" or "user") and bajibet ("we", "us" or "the platform") governing your access to and use of the bajibet website at bajibet.bar, including all services, games, betting markets and features offered through it.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game on bajibet, you confirm that you have read these terms carefully and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser or any other method.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bajibet.

2 Eligibility

To create and use a bajibet account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bajibet is strictly an adult platform and we do not permit underage use under any circumstances.
• You must be a real individual — not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity acting on behalf of others.
• You must not already hold an active bajibet account. One account per person is permitted.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using another person's payment details.

Bajibet reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time. If verification is not completed within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to restrict or close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration

To access betting, games and payment features on bajibet, you must register a personal account. During registration you will be asked to provide accurate personal information including your name, contact details and date of birth. You must ensure all information provided is truthful and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any details change — for example your phone number or payment method — you should update them promptly. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts for any reason — including to claim bonuses more than once — is a violation of these terms.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else or allow another person to use your account.
• Account registration is free. Bajibet does not charge any fee to open an account.
• Bajibet reserves the right to decline any registration application without giving a reason.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on bajibet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and other mobile wallets as available at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your bajibet PKR wallet and can be used across all sections of the platform — sports betting, slot games, fish games and the full game lobby — from a single balance without any transfer between accounts.

• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are shown at the time of transaction.
• You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Bajibet does not accept cash deposits or payments via agents.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly but processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• If a deposit is delayed or does not appear in your wallet, contact support before attempting another transaction.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to these conditions. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Standard processing times apply and will be communicated at the time of your request.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. These requirements, if any, will be clearly stated when a bonus or promotion is accepted.
• Bajibet may request identity or payment verification before releasing a withdrawal. This is a standard process and is not a sign that your withdrawal has been declined.
• Withdrawals are only paid to methods and accounts in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply and are shown in your account at the time of request.
• Withdrawals that appear delayed should be reported to support with the relevant transaction reference.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on bajibet, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and any other markets available on the platform.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds cannot be changed.
• Bets placed after the result of an event is known — regardless of how this occurs — will be voided and stakes returned.
• In live in-play betting, odds may change rapidly. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message in the platform.
• Bajibet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been offered in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the specified completion point, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific settlement rules for different sports are available on the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are shown within the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bajibet does not accept bets placed on behalf of other people, syndicate bets or professionally coordinated betting activity.

7 Games Policy

Bajibet offers slot games, fish shooting games and a wider game lobby. The following applies to all game activity on the platform.

• All games are played using your PKR balance. No separate game wallet or transfer is required.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. Bajibet does not manipulate game results.
• Technical faults during a game session will be handled in line with the relevant game provider's rules. If a game session is interrupted due to a platform issue, the round will either be completed or voided — stakes will not be lost due to platform error.
• Attempting to exploit game bugs, glitches or software errors for financial gain is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Game-specific rules are available within each game.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

Bajibet may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback or other promotional offers to players. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific requirements are stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds may only be used on the sections of the platform specified in the promotion terms.
• Bajibet reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of significant changes where possible.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions — including creating multiple accounts, using coordinated betting patterns or exploiting promotion mechanics — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

9 Responsible Gaming

Bajibet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We encourage all players to treat betting and gaming as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• Set a personal PKR budget before you start playing and stick to it regardless of outcomes.
• Take regular breaks. Do not play for extended periods without stopping to assess your activity.
• Never chase losses. If you have reached your budget for the session, stop playing.
• Do not play while under the influence of alcohol or when you are emotionally distressed.
• Keep track of time spent on the platform. Gaming should not interfere with work, family or daily responsibilities.

10 Player Conduct

Players are expected to use bajibet fairly and in good faith. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in account suspension, closure or forfeiture of balances.

• Attempting to defraud bajibet or other players through any means, including collusion, match-fixing or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular manual use.
• Exploiting technical errors, incorrect odds or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions placed on a previous account.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's payment details.
• Engaging in money laundering, using bajibet to move funds obtained through illegal activity, or using the platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing bajibet staff or other users in any communication channel.

Bajibet reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and share information with relevant authorities where required by law. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent or illegal activity will be permanently closed and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

11 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bajibet account. This includes keeping your password and login details confidential and ensuring that no one else has access to your account.

• Use a strong, unique password for your bajibet account. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone — including friends, family members or any third party claiming to be bajibet support staff.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and change your password.
• Bajibet support staff will never ask for your full password in any communication. Be cautious of phishing attempts.
• Any activity that occurs on your account before you report unauthorised access is your responsibility. Bajibet cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a failure to keep your account credentials secure.

12 Suspension & Account Closure

Bajibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or use of stolen payment details.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity over an extended period — we will notify you before taking any action related to dormant accounts.
• A player's own request to close their account, including requests related to responsible gaming self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld. Where an account is closed for other reasons — such as at the player's own request — available funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account can contact the support team directly. If the closure is related to responsible gaming, please mention this so the appropriate restrictions can be applied.

13 Limitation of Liability

Bajibet provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free at all times.

• Bajibet is not liable for losses resulting from technical faults, service interruptions, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or force majeure events beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from a player's own betting or gaming decisions.
• Bajibet is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the platform.
• Our total liability to any player in any given circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the relevant transaction period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

14 Changes to These Terms

Bajibet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using bajibet and contact support to close your account.

For significant changes that materially affect player rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through on-platform notifications or the contact details held on their account.
